Simone James has extensive experience in the field of equality, diversity, and inclusion, currently serving as the National Director at Change Grow Live since August 2010. In addition to this role, Simone has held various managerial positions, including Services Manager for Adult and Young People's services, where responsibilities included oversight of street outreach for rough sleepers and gang prevention projects. Prior to the current role, Simone was a Services Manager specializing in the management of Young People and Adult Services, and held various positions in Lambeth, including Team Lead for Young People and Families and a Substance Misuse Worker at HMP Belmarsh Prison. Earlier career experiences also include roles as a Community Support Worker at Morgan Hunt and a LAC Support Worker at Cross Roads.
