Karen Johana Guerrero Romero is a seasoned commercial leader with a strong background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as the Commercial Lead for Change Americas since September 2019, Karen is responsible for the international certification unit in Colombia. Previous roles include Advisor at Banco de Bogotá, with notable productivity achievements, and Sales Agent at Bavaria - Colombia, where Karen excelled in various performance metrics. Earlier experience includes a commercial advisor position in the furniture industry, as well as accounting assistant roles at AEGC Group SAS. Karen holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Centro Iberoamericano de estudios CIES and has foundational knowledge in basic systems from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA).
