Cameron Foster has worked in several positions in the past few years. In 2018, they worked as an Independent Contractor/Project Manager at Chandra Technologies, Inc. Cameron'srole included overall project monitoring, EBT contractor deliverable review, EBT contractor proposal and contract enforcement, and overall agency coordination of Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), Electronic Payment Card and Electronic Child Care (ECC) Policies and procedures. Cameron also provided analytical support for the EBT Financial Interface Tracking System (FITS), including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) settlement and liability reconciliation and any other programs added under the EBT Program. In 2015, they were a Senior Business Systems Analyst/SharePoint Administrator at the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services, where they were responsible for designing, implementing and administering the SharePoint environment. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Program Administrator at MDHS, where they developed plans for and recommended acquisition of computer hardware to expand, enhance or replace the computer system, and assisted users by responding to inquiries regarding available PC software library packages and their operation.

Cameron Foster attended Tuskegee University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology. Cameron then attended University of Phoenix Online from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General.
