Jean-Paul Turpin serves as Property Manager at Champlain Housing Trust since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jean-Paul held various positions at Northwestern Counseling and Support Services, Inc. from July 2009 to September 2022, including Community Rehabilitation and Treatment Case Manager, Supported Independent Living Staff, and Crisis Support Staff. In these roles, responsibilities included case management for individuals with severe mental illness, skill training, service coordination, and crisis intervention. Jean-Paul is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in August 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Johnson State College.
