Joel Versch

Creative & Content Director at Champion

Joel Versch has had a diverse range of roles in the field of marketing and creative services. Starting in 2007 as a Graphic Designer for K-State Libraries, they worked on creating environmental signage, event materials, logos, and branding. In 2008, they joined GTM Sportswear as a Print Designer, where they led catalog design and established brand standards. Joel then became the Manager of Creative Services at GTM, overseeing a team of designers, photographers, and writers. From 2014 to 2016, Joel served as the Interim Direct Marketing Manager at GTM, leading a team responsible for direct mail, email, and website marketing. Currently, they are the Creative & Content Director at Champion Teamwear, leading a team in planning and executing marketing materials. Joel's work experience has given him expertise in various aspects of marketing and creative services in the sportswear industry.

Joel Versch obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from Kansas State University. Joel attended Kansas State University from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Joel also holds certifications in Leadership Essentials II and Leadership Essentials III from Harvard Mentor Management, which they obtained in August 2017 and August 2018 respectively.
