Alison Pruitt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Champion Aerospace LLC, a position held since June 2019. Previously, Alison managed the HR department at SE Retail, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits from February 2015 to June 2019. Alison's extensive experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Crossroads Treatment Centers, managing HR functions across multiple locations, and processing payroll for over 200 employees. Early career roles included Human Resources Generalist at Malteurop, Human Resources and Contracts Administrator at GRAM, Inc., and several positions at UNM Hospitals, where foundational HR skills were developed. Alison holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from The University of New Mexico.
