Emilie Arnault Carneiro is a postdoctoral researcher in haemato-oncology at the Champalimaud Foundation since December 2018, focusing on the metastatic microenvironment in multiple myeloma, a prominent haematological cancer. Prior experience includes roles as a senior analytical scientist in quality control and post-doctorate fellow in stem cell bioprocessing at iBET, where protocol transfer and high throughput culture of induced pluripotent stem cells were significant contributions. Emilie's earlier positions include R&D engineer at L'Oréal, project manager at Institut de la Vision, and a PhD in reproductive toxicology at CEA, where research on natural uranium's effects on fertility was conducted. Emilie holds multiple degrees from Paris-Sud University and Concordia University, along with several publications and conference presentations throughout the career.
