John O'Keeffe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. John is currently a Co-Founder at Champ, a sexual health and wellness brand launched in 2020. Prior to Champ, O'Keeffe was also a Co-Founder at Warren Ventures, the holding company behind Champ.

O'Keeffe has a significant background in marketing and branding. John was the Director of Consumer & Shopper Marketing, as well as the Head of Medical/Professional Marketing and Head of Brand at Zarbee's Naturals. During their time there, they successfully rebranded and expanded the company, resulting in increased brand awareness and significant revenue growth. Zarbee's Naturals was eventually acquired by Johnson & Johnson.

Before Zarbee's Naturals, O'Keeffe worked at Philips, where they held various roles in marketing. John served as the Team Lead and Head of U.S. Consumer & Retail Marketing for Philips Sonicare, achieving record market shares for the brand. O'Keeffe also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager for Philips Sonicare and a Marketing Manager for Philips AVENT. John initially joined Philips as an MBA intern.

Earlier in their career, O'Keeffe worked as a Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Columbia Business School. John also gained experience in executive search and client management at Korn/Ferry International, focusing on the insurance industry. John O'Keeffe obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to their time at Columbia, they completed their undergraduate education at Hamilton College. From 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Religious Studies and minoring in Art. Before entering college, John acquired their High School Diploma from Fordham Preparatory School, attending from 1993 to 1997.
