Waheed Latif is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as the Sr. Sales & Account Manager for CHAMP Cargosystems since November 2006, overseeing more than seven clients in the Middle East. Waheed has held various roles, including Regional Account & Service Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Regional Service Manager, where responsibilities involved ensuring client satisfaction, managing customer complaints, and maintaining positive business relationships. Prior to CHAMP Cargosystems, Waheed worked with Fujitsu UK as a Strategic Advisor, and served as an Information Technology Consultant for the London Borough of Bromley Council. Waheed's career began with Gulf Air in various analytical and operational roles, including System Development Analyst. Waheed holds an NVQ in Handling Operations from Newham College OFE.
