Alex Hubbard is an experienced Office and IT Manager at Challengers since April 2015, responsible for chairing monthly IT meetings, developing IT strategies, and administering the Salesforce CRM database. Previously held various roles within Challengers, including Operations Office Manager, Operations Administration Officer, and Scheme Administrator, where responsibilities included event coordination, staff management, and administrative oversight. In addition to the primary role, Alex works as a Personal Assistant to an adult with autism, facilitating community engagement. Prior experience includes administrative work at Rolls-Royce, where Alex improved contract migration accuracy in the purchasing department, and as a Statement Processor at iPSL, managing back-office tasks for HSBC. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in German Studies from the University of Nottingham and completed an Erasmus year at the University of Freiburg.
