Sandip Kaur Panesar is an experienced educational leader, currently serving as Headmaster at Challenger School Foundation since April 2003, where responsibilities include managing overall activities for preschool through 8th grade, overseeing curriculum standards, and creating a positive campus environment for over 600 students and 65 faculty members. Prior roles at the foundation include Program Director and Elementary School Teacher, focusing on curriculum delivery and teacher training. Additionally, Sandip Kaur Panesar has prior experience as an Analyst & Programmer at the Foundation for Research in Health Systems, contributing to the automation of neonatal ward operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from L.D. College of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St. Xavier’s College.
