Tom Cropper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and logistics sectors. As Co-Founder and Chairman of Challenge-trg Group since April 2011, Tom has led the company to become a prominent UK recruitment service provider in transport and logistics. Prior to this, Tom founded The Farm Shed and Original Organics, delivering organic food directly to consumers and offering wholesale organic produce to businesses. Tom's experience also includes significant roles at The Caudwell Group, where Tom served as Head of Commercial Projects, and an early career start as an Audit Intern at Ernst & Young. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in International Business with Spanish from Northumbria University, supplemented by studies at Universidad Nebrija.
