Frances Smart has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Director at Challenge-trg Group since October 2011. Frances has held several key positions within the company, including Divisional Ops Manager, Area Manager, and Site Manager, as well as starting as a Recruitment Administrator. Prior to this role, Frances was an Account Manager at Rainforest Adventure Motherwell from January 2009 to October 2011.
