Tucker Ward has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Tucker began their career as an Assistant Instructor at Coles Martial Arts Academy. In 2016, they took on an IT Intern role at the National Museum of Natural History. From 2017-2018, they were a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Hamilton College. During 2018, they also worked as an Operations Analyst Intern at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., where they developed software tools for US Naval procurement scheduling, saving dozens of hours of manual scheduling and producing various analysis formats from the data. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Chalice Custom Algorithms.

Tucker Ward completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hamilton College between 2016 and 2020.
