Nicolás Vargas is an accomplished Founder and UX Researcher at Chakakuna IMD, where leadership in design research focuses on projects at the nexus of social development and digital innovation. Previously, Nicolás served as Product Lead at Sinappsis, enhancing the college learning experience through digital solutions. Nicolás has held significant roles in user experience and service design at UTEC and was a Senior Design Researcher at La Victoria Lab, driving digital transformation initiatives for high-impact teams and senior executives. A strong background in educational technology and research encompasses positions with the Ministry of Education of Peru, Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, coupled with academic credentials in linguistics from the same institution.
