Dimitar Dimitrov is a researcher currently affiliated with INSAIT - Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology since April 2023 and ChainSecurity since April 2021, where Dimitar holds the position of Chief Research Officer and contributes to building trust within the blockchain ecosystem. Previously, Dimitar served as an advisor to the Minister of Education and Science in Bulgaria and worked as a Software Verification Engineer at PwC Switzerland. Dimitar's experience also includes a summer internship at the Thomas J. Watson Research Center, IBM Research. Dimitar holds a PhD in Computer Science from ETH Zürich, a Master of Science in Mathematical Logic, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, along with a high school diploma from High School of Mathematics "Dr Petar Beron" in Varna.
