Rula Abu Saod is a skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and content coordination. As of October 2023, Rula serves as a Content Coordinator at Chain Reaction. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Specialist at MDLBEAST and Expo 2020 Dubai, where Rula gained expertise in testing Content Management Systems and utilizing project tracking software such as JIRA. Rula began a career in quality assurance at Integrated Technology Group as a Quality Assurance Engineer, overseeing certification requirements and enhancing internal processes. Earlier experience includes work as a Quality Control Officer at KETAB Technologies, focusing on eLearning systems, and a brief stint in customer care at Zain. Rula holds a Master’s degree in Quality Control Technology from the University of Jordan and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Petra. Additionally, Rula has completed ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training at SGS Academy Perú.
