He possesses deep knowledge in many industry sectors with a wide-ranging global network and is skilled in leadership, strategy and business development, digital business model transformation, finance, risk and supply chain management, as well as auditing. Marcel qualified as a certified public accountant in the U.S. and graduated from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He currently serves as the president of Lucerne Dialogue (formerly Europe Forum) and is a member of various boards of renowned organizations.
