Sara Schreier is a seasoned professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a Family Case Manager at Chai Lifeline since September 2017, where responsibilities include providing daily support and resources to families both in hospital and home settings. Previously, Sara held the position of Project Coordinator for the "Moving On" program, assisting teenagers with chronic illnesses in their transition to independence.
