Cynthia Roby is an accomplished engineering professional with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Georgia. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer III at CHA Consulting, Inc., Cynthia has extensive experience in water quality analysis, process planning, and water treatment design. Cynthia plays a key role in the Water Quality, Process, and Treatment Community of Practice as the Vice-Chair and is actively involved in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council. Previous positions include Engineer II and I within the water/wastewater sector, focusing on project development, design specifications, and engineering calculations. Prior to CHA, Cynthia managed staffing and operations as Challenge Course Manager at the University of Georgia and was recognized for excellence as a Challenge Course Lead Facilitator. Early career experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA Camp Ocoee. Additionally, Cynthia participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney.
