Arturo Espinosa, P.E. is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently a Senior Electrical Engineer at CHA Consulting, Inc. since January 2025, Arturo previously served as an ITS Senior Electrical Engineer at BCC Engineering Inc. from February 2015 to January 2025, focusing on Intelligent Transportation Systems and Electrical Engineering. Prior to that, Arturo worked as a Communication Engineer at World Fiber Technologies, Inc. from October 2012 to February 2015. Arturo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from CUJAE/ISPJAE in Cuba (1990 - 1995) and possesses Cisco Academy CCNA and CCNP certifications in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Miami Dade Community College (2001 - 2002).
