Cole Bernstein Trosclair MBA, LCB is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and operations management within the international trade sector. Currently serving as Compliance Manager and Operations Manager at CH Powell Company since January 2018, Cole successfully managed internal changes following a corporate acquisition and enhanced revenue through strategic tariff assessments. Previously, as Director of International Trade at Connect + Trade, a significant conversion of inbound queries to long-term clients was achieved. As VP of Operations at The Irwin Brown Company, Cole developed and implemented cost-effective supply chain solutions and customer acquisition strategies, leading to increased client profitability.
