Ana Filković has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Airline Data Researcher at ch-aviation since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Queue Manager on a student contract at International Zagreb Airport Jsc. from July to September 2018. Ana also held a position as a Student Employee at International Zagreb Airport Jsc. from October 2017 to January 2018. Before that, they worked as a Student Employee at KiK Textilien und Non-Food GmbH from October 2016 to September 2017. Lastly, Ana Filković worked as a Contact Center Sales Representative on a student contract at Croatia Airlines from April to August 2015.

Ana Filković completed their education in a chronological manner. Ana first attended the Aeronautical Technical School Rudolf Perešin from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on studying Air Traffic Operation. Following this, they joined the University of Zagreb/Sveučilište u Zagrebu and earned a Bachelor's degree in Traffic and Transport from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences from 2013 to 2017. Afterwards, they pursued further education at the same university and received a Master's degree in Air Transport from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences from 2017 to 2019. Concurrently, they also attended the University of Žilina, where they obtained another Master's degree in Air Transport from the Faculty of Operation and Economics of Transport and Communications from 2018 to 2019.
