Esteban Garcia Leaño currently serves as the Product Support and Training Manager at Terberg Taylor Americas LLC since August 2022, previously holding the role of Product Support Engineer. Prior to this, Esteban worked at Bioenergy S.A.S from April 2021 to April 2022 as the Plant Mills and Industrial Maintenance Chief. Esteban also co-founded Spike Outdoors Equipment, focusing on outdoor gear tailored to travelers, and co-founded G&G Industries, aimed at creating user-friendly accessories for motorcyclists. Additional experience includes a brief role as a bilingual customer service agent at Teleperformance Colombia and a position as a Production Engineer at ACUSTEC DE COLOMBIA S.A.S in July 2018. Esteban holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, earned between 2013 and 2018.
