Justin Ruder is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions at CGI+, a firm specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets, with over $1.5 billion in assets under management. Prior experience includes roles at Compass, where Justin held positions as Senior Acquisitions & Development Associate and Acquisitions & Development Associate, and at Newmark as a Research Analyst. Earlier career experiences include working as a Development Assistant at Thomas Safran & Associates and as an Analyst at Stone-Miller. Justin also has a background in customer service through a position at Hubble, and volunteer experience with TEEN LINE, where Justin was trained as a crisis listener. Justin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has studied at Imperial College London.
