Toni Marie Fasan, M.Ed, CPTD, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at CGI, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Fasan held the role of Director of Global Learning and Development at Precision Value & Health from November 2021 to October 2022, and was the Global Commercial Learning and Talent Development Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton from June 2019 to November 2021. Fasan's teaching experience includes an instructorship at Loudoun County Public Schools from January 2011 to June 2019 and a facilitator role at the University of Windsor in 2017-2018. Fasan also worked as an Adjunct Professor at St. Clair College in early 2018. The ownership of Organize By Design occurred from November 2005 to February 2010, supplemented by roles such as Assistant Vice President at Republic Bank of Chicago and Banking Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank. Fasan holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Business, Marketing, and Technology from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern New Mexico University.
