Kritika Menon is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CGI, supporting business units in the Communication, Public, and Commercial industry sectors across Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa since January 2022. Kritika has led various committees focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, such as the DE&I TA Taskforce and the Rainbow Alliance for Community/Partnership. This professional has participated in numerous internal and external events, further showcasing commitment to talent acquisition and community engagement. Previous experience includes leading recruitment efforts at Mentor Tech Source Group and OPUSING while holding HR management roles at Ecofil and WNS Global Services. Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI University and a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai.
