Dave Baldo started their work experience in 2007 at Pep Boys as an Assistant Service Manager, where they worked until 2009. In 2009, they joined County Group Companies as an Asbestos Lead and Hazmat Abatement Supervisor, and later became the Warehouse Manager in 2018.

Dave Baldo attended the University of Delaware, where they studied Music Performance. Dave also attended St. Anthony of Padua grade school and Thomas McKean High school, but it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued at these institutions.
