Kasey Kobs is a seasoned professional in workforce management and student engagement, currently serving as a Senior Manager at CFP Board since January 2023. Kasey has a diverse background in career coaching and mentorship, with previous roles including Student Engagement Manager at USF St. Petersburg, where a campus-wide mentorship program was managed, and Career Coach at Flatiron School, supporting students transitioning to software development careers. Additional experience includes training military personnel in job search strategies at GBX Consultants, work/life support at the Airman and Family Readiness Center, and various positions in higher education focused on career counseling and program management at institutions like Florida International University, University of San Diego, Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine, and University of California at San Diego. Kasey holds a BA in International Relations and Affairs from The George Washington University and an MS in Human Resources from Chapman University.
