Gary Cardamone is a Director in the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution practice. Gary has over thirty years of experience in the private sector in manufacturing and engineering services. Gary was the Vice President of Finance and Business Unit Controller for several divisions of CertainTeed Corporation, a diversified building materials manufacturer in the U.S. and Canada, and wholly owned subsidiary of Saint Gobain Corporation, a Fortune 100 global industrial leader headquartered in Paris, France. He also held a senior financial position at Stearns Catalytic, an engineering, process, and nuclear maintenance services company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. headquartered in Allentown, PA.

He brings a broad array of financial experiences as a valued business partner including strategy and business development, mergers and acquisitions identifying synergies and creating value, divestitures and organizational right sizing, turnarounds, business modeling and financial planning, sales and operations analysis and improvement, key performance indicators, capital investment justifications, capacity rationalization, working capital optimization, and project management to drive change and process improvements. He has supported various negotiations from top to top customer programs, to union negotiations, to state and local incentive programs.

Gary is a proven financial and business leader with board-level experience in a complex global operating environment. He is a results oriented, data driven decision maker with an effective, open communication style. He is focused on improved financial performance, cash flows and return on investment to meet your business needs.

Gary has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Temple University.
