Jessica Behl is an Operations Manager at cflox GmbH, having progressed from a Junior Operations Manager since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role in the Marketing Team at main incubator where support was provided for the Impact Festival 2021, and as a Sales Representative at Ynvolve B.V., focused on expanding business in the DACH market. Jessica previously served as a Junior European Product Manager at Medline Europe, managing product development for operating room table cover solutions, and contributed research and support in the marketing department during a graduation assignment at BD Kiestra. A Management Trainee position at DUROMAC involved project planning and marketing strategy development, with earlier administrative experience gained as an intern at Universitätsklinikum Gießen und Marburg. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from Arnhem Business School, a Bachelor’s Degree from Xiamen University, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Development at HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration.
