Monica Tan is an experienced professional in industrial property investment and sales management. Since September 2014, Monica has served as a Senior Investment Manager at China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd., focusing on assisting manufacturing enterprises in locating optimal sites and navigating government relations for new factory establishments. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Regional Sales Manager for the European market at KBB Automatic Door Group from December 2008 to August 2014. Monica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from China University of Political Science and Law, earned between 2005 and 2009.
