Sheri Petras has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. In 1987, they started their career at PepsiCo - Quaker Oats as a Forecasting Manager for Gatorade. Sheri then joined Kraft Foods in 1992 as a Research Manager. In 1998, they became the Head of Marketing at Kolcraft Enterprises. In 2000, Sheri Petras founded CFI Group, where they served as the Partner/CEO. In 2022, they joined the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) as a Consultant. Sheri Petras possesses a diverse range of skills and expertise across marketing, research, forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
Sheri Petras completed their education with a BBA degree in Marketing and Research from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 1984 and 1986. Sheri further pursued their studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, obtaining an MBA degree in Economics, Statistics, and Marketing from 1996 to 1998.
