Sofia Bilenko is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at CFC Big Ideas, with extensive experience in coordinating and managing training programs across diverse time zones and countries, aligning content with organizational objectives, and overseeing an all-national upskilling initiative. Previous roles include serving on the Auditing Committee and as a Board Member for the European Youth Parliament, where Sofia provided strategic advice, supervised the National Committee, and enhanced HR policies to support organizational growth. Sofia also demonstrated project management skills at Model United Nations, where event promotion and participant engagement were prioritized. Sofia holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an additional Master's degree in Development Economics and International Studies from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
