Jean W. possesses extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently holding roles in Field Strategic Services at Morgan Stanley and as a Senior Loan Processor at CFBank, both since 2021. Jean has been with JPMorgan Chase & Co. since 2016, progressing through various positions including Inv Servicing Sr Specialist II and Team Lead. Previously, Jean co-founded ZenCha Tea Salon and worked as a Financial Services Professional and Agent with NYLIFE Securities LLC and New York Life Insurance Company, respectively. Jean began a career in the US Navy as an Officer from 1994 to 2006. Jean earned a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from The Ohio State University between 1998 and 2002.
