John Paulus served in the United States Armed Forces for 12 years as a member of the US Army Rangers and US Special Forces. He attended Campbell University majoring in Economics and the Institute of Foreign Communication where he majored in Russian Studies. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Georgia. In 2007, he began his multi-family career in Raleigh, North Carolina with Greystar working his way up from Assistant Property Manager to Regional Manager. While at Greystar, John oversaw a portfolio of 2,500 units throughout the Southeast. In 2019, he joined CF Real Estate Services as a Regional Vice President. Over the past 12 years, he has worked in the Raleigh/Durham, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and Nashville markets specializing in Class-A lease-up communities.
