Oliver Pan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Oliver started their career at Samsung Electronics as a SAP Developer and Analyst in 2004 before moving on to Mars as a SAP SD/MM Analyst in 2006. In 2008, they joined IBM as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SD/MM, where they worked until 2014. Oliver then spent a brief period at Foster Farms as a Senior BWIP/ABAP consultant before joining Sysco as a Senior SAP BPC/BI Consultant in 2015. In the same year, they also worked at CF Industries as a Finance Analysis and Reporting Lead, where they led multiple solution architecture projects and was involved in SAP Enterprise HANA data warehouse design and development. Overall, Oliver Pan has significant experience in SAP, finance analysis and reporting, and solution architecture.

Oliver Pan completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Manufacturing and Automatic from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2000. Oliver later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing System from Beihang University, graduating in 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from SAP, including SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA 2.0, SAP Certificated Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Planning and Consolidation 10.0, SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6, and Solution Consultant SCM - Order Fulfillment with mySAP ERP 2005. Oliver is also expected to obtain the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Finance for Group Reporting Associates certification from SAP in December 2023.
