Will Parsons is an experienced IT and Risk Manager at C&F Bank, where employment began in September 2011 and has included managing teams to enhance internal processes and profitability. Key projects led by Will include the digital lending process conversion, implementation of the Baker Hill Commercial Lending process, establishment of a successful Business Lending Program, and direction of the Bank's SBA Paycheck Protection Program. Will has also focused on collaborating with executives to improve client experience through technology, database management, and vendor relationships. Prior to C&F Bank, Will served as an Assistant Manager at Bank of America from September 2007 to August 2011. Will holds an MBA with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in International Political Science from The University of the South.
