Martine Biron, CRIA, has extensive experience in total compensation and human resources, currently serving as Lead Coordinator of Total Compensation at Mine Raglan since June 2012, after progressing from the role of Senior Coordinator in the same field. Prior to this, Martine worked at TFI International Inc. from January 2003 to June 2012, holding positions as Benefits Counselor and Human Resources Counselor. Martine holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal (2000-2003) and a Bachelor's degree with 16 credits in Special and Social Adaptation from UQAM (1998). Additionally, Martine earned a DEC in Dental Hygiene Techniques from Collège Édouard-Montpetit (1995-1998).
