John Hixon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the IT and software development sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and R&D Director at Cezanne HR since March 2013, John oversees all aspects of IT, including product development and vendor relationships, and has successfully developed a true SaaS platform and HR/HCM application. Previously, as R&D Director at Cezanne Software from May 2006 to February 2013, John led the development of similar platforms and ensured regular product updates for clients. With a background as Development Manager at HRM Software Ltd, John was instrumental in technical architecture and project implementation, specifically for the HRM Connect application. Additional roles include Team Leader at NatWest Bank, where John excelled in infrastructure development, Analyst Programmer at URENCO Group focusing on application design, and Help Desk Technician at Procter & Gamble. John holds a 2:1 B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of York.
