Areli Cuatecontzin Flores has a diverse work experience, with roles in various industries such as trade marketing, banking, project management, and marketing. Areli was a Trade Marketing Manager for Dilmah MJF overseeing operations in Mexico from October 2014. They also worked with Santander Bank, N.A. as a Global Shareholders Relationship Manager from August 2012 to December 2014, where they implemented marketing campaigns targeted at global shareholders in Mexico and managed the connection between the Board of Directors and shareholders.

Areli served as the Project Director for a retail project called "Dulces Pico" from August 2009 to December 2013. This involved market research, job creation for elderly individuals, supplier and vendor negotiations. They were also a Marketing Sub-manager at Decoestylo from February 2012 to July 2012, responsible for coordinating national gift expositions and implementing marketing campaigns.

In addition, Areli was the Advertising and Promotions Coordinator for Coca-Cola FEMSA's Oaxaca zone from January 2011 to February 2012, liaising with mass media, analyzing promotions, and supervising publicity. They also co-founded "Magical Events" from January 2009 to December 2011. Areli Cuatecontzin Flores completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Master business administration from the Universidad del Valle de México between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in marketing at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey from 2005 to 2010.
