Kelvin Souffront has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant since July 2014, where responsibilities include managing all aspects of the restaurant while upholding quality standards in product, personnel, and safety. Prior to this role, Kelvin worked as a Culinary Professional at Bahama Breeze from March 2012 to June 2014, opening several restaurants as a certified corporate trainer and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Kelvin holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Sciences from Southern Technical College, completed between 2012 and 2013.
