Sandra McKenzie - Day is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in talent management and strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for CEVA Logistics in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, Sandra is responsible for talent development, learning and engagement across 21 countries. Previously, at TNT Express, Sandra held the roles of Head of Resourcing and HR Project Manager for a major investment project, as well as leading resourcing for the UK & Ireland. Earlier experience includes managing graduate recruitment at Lloyds Pharmacy. Educational credentials include degrees from the University of Dundee and Birmingham City University.
