Ron Roest is an experienced professional in the logistics and supply chain management sector, currently serving as the VP of Industrial Global Accounts at CEVA Logistics since March 2007, where responsibilities include managing a global team and expanding business with existing industrial accounts. Previously, Ron held various roles at CEVA Logistics, including Global Account Director and Sector Manager for Industrial & Automotive, focusing on account management and business development across multiple regions including Europe and Asia. In addition to industry roles, Ron has made significant contributions to professional associations, serving as Past President and Regional Advisor for CSCMP and General Manager of Logistics for Holland International Distribution Council. Ron's career began in project management at S. Zurel & CO BV, followed by experiences at Beiersdorf and Tibbett & Britten Group. Ron holds a degree in Business Administration with a technical background from Eindhoven University of Technology.
