Karl Khambatta is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Transformation and Strategy for North America at CEVA Logistics since October 2021. In this role, Karl facilitates transformation initiatives and coordinates strategic efforts for the management team, focusing on M&A integration and operational system deployment. Prior to this position, Karl held leadership roles at REEF, where Karl established a PMO to drive growth in the ghost kitchen sector, and Agility, where responsibilities included improving organizational capability and spearheading strategy development across multiple divisions. Earlier career experiences include positions at The Home Depot, Mirant, Cap Gemini, and Wipro GE Medical Systems. Karl holds an MBA from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
