Yaniv Arieli has extensive experience in financial leadership and operations, currently serving as CFO at CEVA Inc. since May 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing M&A activities and growth strategies. Previously, Yaniv held the position of President of US Operations at DSP Group from February 1997 to 2005, managing budget planning, investor relations, and HR functions, along with M&A activities. Earlier roles included Corporate Controller at DSP Group, where Yaniv was responsible for financial reporting, US GAAP compliance, SEC reporting, and the deployment of a new ERP system.
