Ivelisse Williams-Conley currently serves as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ceva Santé Animale, having assumed the role in October 2024. Prior to this position, Ivelisse held the title of Director, Corporate Human Resources at Dollar Tree Stores, where responsibilities included leading HR support for various business functions. Extensive experience includes a decade at Zoetis, first as Director, Global Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR initiatives for acquired businesses and providing consultancy to over 700 leaders globally, and earlier as Human Resources Business Partner, supporting over 1,000 leaders across the United States. Previous roles at Pfizer as HR Project Coordinator, Merck as Project Coordinator, and Schering-Plough Research Institute as HR Coordinator provided foundational HR expertise. Ivelisse earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Centenary University.
