Cindy Bosman has over 24 years of work experience in various roles. Cindy started their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1997, where they worked as an Accountant and Auditor for six years. In 2003, they joined Afgri Operations LTD as a Warehouse and Distribution Manager. After three years, they moved on to Ceva Santé Animale in 2006, where they held multiple roles. Cindy initially worked as an Industrial and Supply Chain Manager until 2015 when they were promoted to Industrial Supply Chain Director. Currently, Cindy holds the position of Group Industrial Supply Chain Director at Ceva Santé Animale, which they have been in since 2023.

Cindy Bosman has a diverse education history. Cindy attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a B-Compt degree in Accounting and Auditing. Cindy also attended Kriel Highschool from 1992 to 1996. In 2017, Cindy completed a day course in The 4 Disciplines of Execution at FranklinCovey and participated in a Leadership Development Program (Modules 1 and 2) at Rob Kieboom Training & Consultancy. In 2018, they pursued various programs at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, including Global Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain II, Supply Chain I, and earned a Master Certificate in Global Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Cindy studied Logistic Management and Business Management at UNISA, and at UNISA Pretoria, they obtained a B.Compt degree in Accounting and Auditing.
