Milla Gocheva is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CETIN Bulgaria since January 2021, Milla focuses on organizational design, people development, and employee engagement. Previously, Milla held positions at Telenor Bulgaria, where responsibilities included managing the Performance Management process and consulting on recruitment and team dynamics. Milla's career began at Consulteam Human Capital Bulgaria as an HR Consultant, followed by a role as a Personal Development and Training Specialist at Cosmo Bulgaria Mobile. Milla holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Sofia, obtained in 2009.
