Valentina Firmo has extensive experience in workforce coordination and consulting, currently serving as the Direttore di sede at CESVIP Lombardia since June 2009, where responsibilities include resource management, tutoring, orientation interviews, skills assessment, active research workshops, organizing training pathways, and recruitment focused on protected categories. Previously, Valentina held roles as a Consultant at HERBROOKS CONSULTING, where tasks involved advertisement publication and candidate screening, and as a Project Designer for a training course with Dott. Bruschi. Valentina began a career in career services at Università degli Studi di Pavia, providing orientation support to students. Valentina earned a Laurea Specialistica in Psicologia del Lavoro e delle Organizzazioni from Università di Pavia between 2002 and 2008.
